Jacy Jane is boating in her bathing suit with Cora Jade. In a new social media post the WWE stars show off their fabulously fit figures while on the water. Two goths on a boat," Core captioned the Instagram photo of herself and Jacy. "Tan goths don't really exist lol," joked one follower, while others simply commented with lots of fire emojis. How does the wrestler stay fit? Celebwell rounded up her top health habits.

One outdoor activity Jacy loves is water skiing. Amongst other things, water skiing is a great workout for your legs, arms, and most notably, core, as it forces you to maintain balance.

When Jacy is training you can always find a bottle of water nearby. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

When Jacy isn't in the gym, you can find her on the beach, where she likes to take walks. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

In order to stay successful in wrestling, Jacy spends a lot of time at the gym training. "Ain't no question if I want it, I need it," she captioned a post. Physical activity is anything that gets your body moving. Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.

Another beach activity Jacy loves? Swimming. Swimming is a good way to get regular aerobic physical activity, according to the CDC. Just two and a half hours per week of aerobic physical activity, such as swimming, bicycling, or running, can decrease the risk of chronic illnesses. In addition to the many physical benefits, there are multiple studies supporting the mental health benefits of swimming as well.
